Payment

Red Wagon Diaper Service is a prepaid service, and payment must be processed before delivery can begin. Service is then automatically billed every month on the 5th. We accept Visa & MasterCard.

Returns & Refunds

Retail Merchandise - We will refund purchases on any retail merchandise that is undamaged and unpackaged. Retail merchandise that is undamaged, but has been unpackaged, can be returned for a credit towards future purchases of Red Wagon products and services.

Service - Assuming all rental items are returned undamaged, we will refund any balance remaining outside of the current service unit (your current 4 weeks of prepaid service.) For instance, if you have purchased 2 service units (8 weeks total) and you are canceling in week 2, you will be refunded the balance of 1 service unit (4 weeks.)  If there are any diapers and/or covers that are badly damaged or not returned, or if the rental diaper pail is damaged, you will be charged at our cost for these items.

Service & Delivery Area

We service and deliver to most areas of Whatcom County. All retail purchases from the Red Wagon online store will be delivered to your home on your next scheduled delivery day providing purchases are made at least 1 day prior your scheduled delivery.  

Vacation

If you need to take a week or more off of service, please email us at info@RedWagonDiapers.com. If we do not need to drive to your home that week, then you will not be charged. If you request us to either pick up dirty diapers, or drop of clean diapers (one or the other) then there will still be the standard charge. You may opt to drop off the dirty diapers at our location (3904 Spur Ridge Ln #102 Bellingham, WA 98226). Please know that if we are not notified of your vacation, and we deliver as usual, there is no refund for service.

Holidays

We will deliver as usual on every holiday except Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.  If delivery day falls on one of these days you will be notified in advance of the special holiday delivery schedule.  That said, we are a family-run business.  We’ll let you know as soon as possible in the rare event of a family emergency or event which would cause us to shift around your delivery day.

Canceling Service

Please let us know at least a couple of days before your scheduled delivery day to cancel your service by emailing info@RedWagonDiapers.com.  We will arrive at your home, as scheduled, to pick up your rental items in your designated area.  This includes all diapers on hand, all rented diaper covers, wipes, and diaper pail.  Assuming all rental items are returned undamaged, we will refund any balance remaining outside of the current service unit (your current 4 weeks of prepaid service.) For instance, if you have purchased 2 service units (8 weeks total) and you are canceling in week 2, you will be refunded the balance of 1 service unit (4 weeks.)   

Gift Certificates

Many diapering families receive gift certificates from friends, family or co-workers.  They can be used to purchase diaper service and/or retail items from the store.  The gift certificates are generated and sent electronically via email. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
